Kitchari Cooking Circle
Sunday 30th of November from 12.00-16.00 in Amsterdam
A warm, grounding Ayurvedic dish, prepared and shared in presence.
Frédéric will guide the group through the preparation of Kitchari — a simple, complete meal traditionally used for nourishment and gentle reset.
No experience needed — just come as you are, and cook with care.
After the cooking, we’ll enjoy the meal together, followed by a short practice and sacred heart circle sharing hosted by Annick and Méla Krijger and the Spiritual Ecology circle.
This workshop is a chance to slow down, breathe, cook mindfully, and reconnect through food.
