4 training days in Amsterdam 2025-2026

For whom?
This training is for those who want to make meditation more part of their daily life, ensuring real progress and transformation. If we want more peace, joy and well-being in our lives, and for those we share this beautiful planet with, it requires to look within. Changing the world from the inside out is the most empowering, rewarding and fulfilling path we can take if we want to contribute to a better world for all beings, including ourselves.

View, meditation, application
We use meditation as a way to connect with our innate well-being, as well as the inherent qualities of awareness, love, compassion, and wisdom. By approaching our experience with warmth and care, we create the conditions for greater resilience, deeper connection, and more meaningful relationships. We offer structures that supports us with the challenge to bring more love, joy and compassion within our daily life.

Structure training and meditation practice days
During the four training days we offer background, underlying theory and inspirational inputs with the guided practices we do, related to one of the 4 transformative qualities of love, compassion, joy and equanimity. There will be time for guided meditations, mindful movement, inquiry, sharing and questions to deepen our experience and understanding. You will get an outline of the practice instructions and suggestions how to bring it into your daily life.

Practicing together as a community has the great benefit that it strengthens our commitment, deepens our understanding and meditation practice
For the training days we lunch together and offer home-made soup and bread.

7th December – Compassion

2026
7th February – Sympathetic Joy (only this time on a Saturday!)
15th March –  Equanimity

Investment
We ask you to commit to the 4 training days
The standard fee is € 600, – in total (4 training days plus soup for lunch, including 21% VAT) Students can join for € 120, – in total.
If finances are an obstacle to join please reach out to us and we can explore if we can give a reduction that is manageable for you.
