The seasons invites us to realize that abundance can be found and felt at all times of the year in different ways. During this spring practice day we will explore how to feel ourselves part of spring's larger intelligence while also doing the interior work of awakening to our innate potential for a just world where all life can thrive

With these practice sessions we’re co-creating a human space for resonant connection; to orient ourselves towards reciprocity and mutual thriving, to internalize the reality of our interdependence and to discover and strengthen our alignment with our purpose in life. So we can learn to live this in our daily lives step by step. And act on behalf of the well-being for all we share this planet with.
